Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ri Beauty. We take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted earrings and accessories. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds

All sales made through Ri Beauty are final.
We do not offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

We encourage customers to review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a review or replacement:

Email us at hi@ri-beauty.in with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Our team will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.
In rare cases where cancellation is possible before dispatch, any refund (if approved) will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons (especially for earrings and jewelry).

If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will replace it with the same or equivalent product after verification.
